General Information

• Must be 18 year or older
• Credit Report Required
• One (1) VISA account per member

Membership

• Applicant/co-applicant must be a member

Income

• Current month's pay stubs or W2 form(s) are needed for both applicant and co-applicant.
• If child support or alimony is considered for income, a copy of the divorce decree is required
• If rental income is considered for income, a copy of the rental agreement or contract is required.
• If tips are considered as income, copies of the last six (6) months pay stubs, or tax return showing tips as income
• If self-employed, copies of the last two years tax returns (signed) are required
• If you are retired, collecting Social Security, Pension, Disability, Supplemental Income, etc. verification of income applicable is required

Your Right to Request Over- the- Limit Coverage For Visa Classic, Visa Platinum or Visa Credit Builder Cards

Unless you tell us otherwise, we will “Decline” any transaction that causes you to go over your credit limit. If you want us to authorize these transactions, you can request over-the –limit coverage.
